Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To keep things fair for every guest, we kindly ask for the following: 1. Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours ahead — no charge 2. Under 24 hours' notice — 50% of the booked service 3. No-show — 100% of the booked service Life happens — true emergencies will be excused with documentation. Just reach out and let us know.
